Planning System + Experience Design (Built to Prevent Chaos)
This is where most Glacier elopements either feel effortless or fall apart. My planning process is built to prevent last-minute chaos, because Glacier has real constraints - regions, access, terrain, timing, permits, and weather. You’re not handed a generic questionnaire and told “good luck.” Booked clients get a two-part planning system: the VIP Planning Vault (client-only guides and prep resources delivered after booking) and custom planning deliverables built around your day. The forms you receive go beyond basic details - they shape your location strategy, logistics, ceremony flow, comfort level, priorities, and pacing so the final plan actually works in Glacier’s real conditions. You’ll complete a Location Scouting and Full Day Questionnaire that captures the constraints that matter (privacy, guest logistics, scenery, access, and what’s realistically possible), then we’ll meet for a planning call where we turn your answers into a custom itinerary and mapping you can actually execute - so you’re not guessing, scrambling, or solving problems on your day.

There is limited margin for extended travel, multiple landscapes, or long transitions. The experience is intentional and streamlined rather than expansive. If you want additional breathing room, varied terrain, or space for moments to unfold without constraint, extended coverage offers that flexibility.

Eight hours is a step up from six. It gives you more room in your day - but you still decide what matters most. You can add preparation or a first look. You can explore into a second region. You can build in time to celebrate after the ceremony. But the day still has shape. If you expand in one direction, something else may stay simpler. Eight hours secures the core - ceremony and couples portraits - and gives you the ability to build around it based on what feels most important to you.

Ten hours removes compromise. There is no picking and choosing what matters most. We can do it all. It’s not about being photographed for ten hours - it’s about giving your day space to breathe. Emotional intensity compresses time. Most couples are surprised by how quickly it passes. Add Glacier’s terrain, transitions, and park logistics, and even a well-planned day can begin to feel tight. Ten hours builds margin into the experience. Ceremony, exploration, preparation, celebration - none of it has to compete.

6 HOURS — A DEFINED CHAPTER
A defined chapter is a focused part of the day in one primary area - not the full start-to-finish experience.

ceremony + couples portraits + a little room for a short add-on.

multiple regions, long transitions, extended celebration time, or a day that needs a lot of breathing room.
