If your gallery is still active, I can usually resend the original link or help you get back into it.

If your gallery is older or no longer active, I’ll check archived storage to see what files may still be available.

One important thing.

I maintain archives whenever possible, but I cannot guarantee permanent storage of every gallery, session, or event indefinitely. Older galleries may no longer be available, and some requests may require additional archive retrieval or gallery rebuilding.

Client Gallery Request Form

Fill this out as completely as you can. Even if you do not remember the exact date, give me your best estimate and any names, locations, or email addresses that may help.

Submitting this form does not guarantee that a gallery or archive is still available. It gives me the information I need to search properly.

Archive + Old File Disclaimer

This is included in the agreement signed at the time of booking: if a client requires old files to be duplicated or unarchived by the photographer, and the files are still within the photographer’s possession, a restocking fee will be applied.

Aundrea Marie Photography only guarantees that photographs will be available for up to 12 months from delivery of the online gallery. After the 12-month mark, photograph availability is no longer guaranteed.

The photographer does not guarantee ongoing archive retention of photographs. All photographer responsibility for the photographs is completed at delivery.
